If you are interested in teaching a beginner art class, we ask that teachers bring all the materials necessary for each student. Teachers will be reimbursed for materials with proper receipts. Please note: without a receipt, we will not be able to reimburse you. We do however need to know how much to charge each student in advance for materials. Please provide a list of what supplies ONE student will need and the price of each item including tax.

Fair Ads: Exhibitors do have the opportunity to purchase display ads in the directory.
Each ad block is 3" wide x 2" high. Fees are: $50.00 for 1 ad block; $90.00 for 2 ad blocks.
Ad photo must be in the form of a picture on a CD, flash drive, or e-mailed to artinbayfrontpark @ yahoo.com. TIFF format is preferred over .JPG. Resolution of 300 dpi - over 5 megabytes preferred but not required. Ad fee and photo must accompany this application and be labeled as "Ad photo" with your name and address on the outside of the CD, flash drive or naming photo in e-mail.

fault with my product or conduct, I will correct it or voluntarily leave without refund.
I certify that the items I will offer for sale are produced by me or my family – and these are NOT buy/sell commercial items. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeBora Rachelle Inc., Art in Bayfront Park and its employees,
volunteers, City of Duluth, and private property owners from any loss or liability that may arise as
a result from my entry in the Art at Bayfront Park fair. If you do not have access to a computer, you may request a written set of rules prior to signing this application form.

Items to be in envelope checklist:

___ Check #1 Processing Fee: $25.00 per location (not space).
___ Check #2 Booth Entry Fee: $200.00 per space, $300 for corner space, $350 for double space, $450 for a double space on the corner.
___ Optional Advertising fees (Check #2) that you wish to pursue along with ad copy. Fees are: $50.00 for 1 ad block; $90.00 for 2 ad blocks.
___ Optional Ad Copy photo on a CD, flash drive or by e-mail 300 dpi, preferable .tif format any size over 4"x6".
___ A CD, flash drive, or e-mail with the 3 photos of your art and 1 photo of your raw materials in your workspace and 1 photo of your booth. Make sure to send 3 photos of your art in each category you would like to have in your booth. Photos should be submitted in .jpg or .tiff format. CD, flash drive or e-mailed photo must be labeled with your name and address.
