This is a juried art fair and only "fine art" is allowed with gallery quality artists.
Art in Bayfront Park provides a private Artist Lounge / Hospitality Center complete with private artist his and her bathrooms, sinks, weather reports and morning coffee and donuts.
Parking is free for artists.
You can drive your trailer right up to your booth to unload. Trailers are allowed to be left behind your booth so long as they do not leave during the art fair hours. Cars must park in the parking lot as cars are not allowed inside the park fence during art fair hours.
Free artist admission to our new "Celebration of Wines" party to meet and greet fellow artists and prospective customers from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday night. Unlimited wines and chocolates served.
Award ceremony will take place during Celebration of Wines.
Artist Option: Artists may choose to have a silent auction piece of their art in the Celebration of Wines event. All proceeds go directly to the artist.
Free self-sustaining RV overnight parking is available.
Booth sitters available upon request.
Food delivery right to your booth.
Artist Option: Artists can choose to teach a 1 or 2 hour beginner art class and get paid per student.
Artist Option: Artists can hold an artist demonstration at their booth which will be advertised in our program booklet to call people to your booth. This has proven to increase sales in the booth demonstrating.
We listen to our artists. We treat our exit surveys like gold, every artist idea, suggestion and comment is taken into serious consideration.
Artist requests for booth placement on pavement or on the grass are considered. Booths on grass may be staked. Booths on pavement are flat surfaces.
Security Saturday night 8PM to 8AM.
Attendance 2011 was approximately 10,000.
