Are you interested in making an impact on children and our community? We are giving non-profits a free opportunity to do just that. Your organization will receive free booth space and you would gain a ton of exposure for your company such as:

The only thing we would ask is that you provide the kids an art craft, staff to run your booth for Saturday and Sunday from 10-5pm and any table, chairs, supplies, etc that you may need.
We are trying to get the kids section organized ASAP so we can start our media coverage.

By clicking send below, the undersigned agrees that their staff will conduct themselves in a professional manner with respect to the artists, the participants, the children, volunteers, and the Art in Bayfront Park Officials. The undersigned fully understands that if the officials of the Arts in Bayfront Park Officials find fault with my conduct, they will correct the fault or voluntarily leave without question.
It is hereby known that nothing may be sold in your booth and it is strictly to bring awareness to your cause.
The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DeBora Rachelle Inc., Art in Bayfront Park and its employees,
volunteers, City of Duluth, and Secret Service Entertainment from any loss or liability that may arise as
a result from your staff working or volunteering at Art at Bayfront Park fair.
You agree that your staff manning your booth in Art in Bayfront Park is sane mind and have never been convicted of a felony or crime especially that involving children. Please note: We can only provide you with a booth space location. Non-profit is responsible for providing table, chairs, tent, children's craft or anything else that may be needed to participate.
